Clear and concise from application to joining

Depending on the position and employment type, some selection steps may be added or combined, and the procedure indicated in the actual posting takes precedence.

    Application submission

    Check the job and application requirements in the recruitment notice, and apply using the provided method.

  2. STEP 02

    Document review

    The application is reviewed focusing on job-related experience, capabilities, and motivation for applying.

  3. STEP 03

    Interview

    Confirm understanding of the role, collaboration style, and potential to grow with MSC through conversation.

  4. STEP 04

    Final Notice & Onboarding

    We notify candidates individually of the final decision and onboarding requirements, then coordinate the start date.

Necessary information and results for applicants are communicated using the method specified in the notice.
