- Neutral tin plating bath exclusively for chip components such as MLCC and CR barrel plating. Since halogen compounds are not used, chip corrosion is low, and it has good throwing power resulting in small thickness variation. Products are differentiated by foam characteristics and bath type (caustic soda/ammonia).
